Who We Are
Practical outdoor gear from an Australian-owned retailer.
True Outdoors is an Australian online retailer based in Brisbane and operated as part of True Group Global Pty Ltd. We focus on practical gear for camping, 4WD trips, fishing, emergency preparedness and outdoor recreation.
How the catalogue is managed
Products are reviewed for relevance, product information, imagery, availability and customer-facing quality. Items that are hidden, awaiting review or reserved as low-value gift inventory are kept out of normal retail merchandising.
Fulfilment and delivery
Fulfilment origin can vary by item. Some orders may dispatch from Australia while others can come from an international supplier or fulfilment location. We use tracked delivery and publish the current checkout shipping rules before you buy.
Shipping & deliveryReturns and purchase confidence
Physical products are covered by our published 30-day returns policy, subject to its conditions. Product pages put delivery, availability and policy information close to the purchase decision so customers can make an informed choice.
Read our policiesCustomer-nominated giving
True Outdoors includes a giving program that lets customers nominate charities they care about. Our charity leaderboard makes that customer input visible and keeps the impact program connected to the people who shop with us.
